First of all, eat healthy food, when you eat make sure that you are taking smaller morsels, chew them properly and know what you are eating. In this way, you will automatically feel like eating less.

4. Exercise : The basic and the oldest way of losing weight that holds its importance even now is exercise. Now, when I say that it does not mean that you should necessarily join a gym or start jogging! The most effective way of exercising is doing the exercise that you like doing; only then you will feel motivated to do the exercise everyday. It could be swimming, joining a dance class, yoga, aerobics, or anything else. Make sure that you perform your preferred form of exercise for at least an hour for 5 days a week initially. Once the capacity of your body is enhanced, then you can also increase the intensity of your exercise.
