In my twenties I could eat or drink anything and my metabolism would burn it off. Now that I’m in my late forties if I just look at food it seems I gain weight.
There is no such thing as a fast weight loss program. Chances are if you lose weight in a short period of time it is mostly water weight. It will come back and probable a few extra pounds to boot.
There are many different types of weight loss programs available. The best weight loss plan is the one that you will stick with and follow.
