If you are a police officer, you may be familiar with The Bleep Test. This is a test given to people with physically demanding jobs. It’s designed to test the endurance of people who must maintain a high level of physical fitness in order to stay on top of their careers. Whatever you choose to call this test, (there are several names it’s known as) what you are being tested for remains pretty much the same.
