Everyone is looking for quick fixes these days. We are all looking for faster results for weight loss. The problem with that is that fad diets don’t always work. Use the stairs instead of the elevator whenever you can. Elevators area great convenience particularly if you have to go up or down some twenty floors. But elevators also make us very lazy.
