If you’re like me, you know first-hand how painful sciatica can be to deal with. This is what actually start me on my own search for a cure for sciatica. Maybe you’ve used one of those hot pads to ease the pain a bit, only to notice that the pain just comes back as soon as you stop using the pad. However, what you should be doing is using ice instead followed by a few quick stretches to help you localize and centralize the pain to one specific location where you can really eliminate it effectively.

One of the fastest techniques to alleviate the agony of Sciatica is with stretching exercises. Since most instances of Sciatica stem from muscle imbalances or slumped posture (which regularly ends up in muscle imbalances in time), stretching can help you to strengthen weak muscles and release the stress to tight or contracted muscles.
