Learning the way to build chest muscles is probably the very first thing you learned when you were given in the gym. I know when I started lifting in 10th grade that was the first thing that I was taught. I’ll still remember doing the bench press with a 10lb. Weight on all sides of the bar. It was an enormous accomplishment when I had a 25lb weight on each side. I was convinced that have a plate on each side meant I had arrived. Now a plate is just heat up and doing 2 per side is more of a standard thing.
