I have a secret that kind of embarrasses me. I used to be severely over weight and unhappy at a desk job. I really liked to eat, and I some how tended to gain weight vary easily, simple as that. I knew a lot of people that could eat whatever they wanted, not exercise, and still stay at their ideal weight. I always envied those guys.
