1995 I am 135lbs with a pot belly. Chicks don’t dig me. I want to play High School rugby and football but unfortunately, I am weak, soft and out shape. The only contact sports I have been playing during those times are video games. Let’s just say it appeared that there is not much potential in my athletic career. When I started playing the two sports, rugby and football, which I have always wanted to play back in High School and I would fight back the tears at times because tackling and hitting was so painful. I was almost a bag of bones with some fat around them. The muscle armor I needed to protect my body during contact was not there. Fortunately around the same time I’ve decided to do some weight lifting after school instead of smoking pot, getting stoned like most of the kids. I have really no idea or didn’t know what I was doing but it helped me out a bit in a lot of ways. I was not able to get strong as fast I as I would have liked to be but a bit of a muscle is better than nothing.
