Working out is just about the best thing you can do to your health. We all know that. In fact we have been informed about the benefits of exercising on a daily basis. The challenge then is not that we do not realize that we need it, however for the most part, we simply cannot get ourselves to make it happen.

Did you know that singing without warming up can bring about vocal chord damage? It’s a fact. Just like you wouldn’t engage in rigorous exercise with no warming up your muscles, you shouldn’t sing without warming up your voice.

Most people have heard how detrimental to your eyes spending time in front of the computer can be. Even though I spend close to 10 hours in front of it, daily, my vision remains perfect, unlike others. Some have had to start wearing glasses after several years of working in front of a monitor, whereas I’m getting close to 10 years of use, and still no change in my vision.
