You know, the martial art of Karate sometimes gets a bad rap. You see all the UFC guys knocking the stuffings out of their opponents, and you wonder why, if Karate is so darned good, you don’t see it in the octagon. The problem, to be honest, lies with Classical Karate training methods.

You can cure yourself of the sickness of insanity, and the whole world of being insane, if you can discover Real Karate. Now, we are not talking real karate videos on youtube or some other TV here, nor some other fantasy. We are talking about the type of martial arts studied over the ages that work on different levels for everybody.

I can put out a candle with a martial arts technique at about two feet now. This article is about the techniques I use. I’m hoping other people out there will want to share their methods, and we can all experience improvement at this little trick.
